Return Policy
We stand behind SaniCarpet. If our product isn’t right for you, here’s how returns work.
What we accept
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:
- Unused product — original packaging, seal intact
- Damaged or defective product — arrives broken, seal compromised, or doesn’t work as intended
Who pays return shipping
For unused-product returns, the buyer pays return shipping.
For damaged or defective product, you don’t need to return it. Just email us a photo of the issue and we’ll refund your order. No shipping back, no fuss.
How to start a return
Email contact@sanicarpetcleaner.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- For damaged items: a photo of the issue
We’ll reply within 1 business day with next steps.
Refund timing
Once we receive the returned product (or the damage photo), we process refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
No restocking fee
We don’t charge restocking fees. If your return qualifies, you get a full refund of the product price.

Send returns only to the address above. Returns sent elsewhere may not reach us, and we can’t refund returns we don’t receive.
A few specifics
Wrong address provided at checkout — if a shipment comes back to us because the address you entered was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll contact you to confirm the right address and you’ll cover reshipment cost.
Unclaimed shipments — packages that go unclaimed and return to us also incur a reshipment cost if you’d like us to try again.
Lost in transit — if your package never arrives, contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to track or replace it at our expense.
Third-party purchases — if you bought SaniCarpet through Amazon or another retailer, please go through their return process. We can’t process returns for orders we didn’t fulfill directly.
